Donna Kurt has been studying mushrooms and Ethnobotany at the University of Winnipeg, and also while participating in and leading outdoor trips for Nature Manitoba. She has been a member of NM since 1988. In addition to mushroom identification and photography, Donna will share many medicinal and culinary uses of various fungi and related species found in our area.
