Location / Time: Meet at St Vital Park Duck Pond in the large parking lot closest to the Duck Pond building (washrooms), ready to start cycling at 10:30 AM.

Description:
From St Vital Park Duck Pond, ride through part of St Vital, over the Elm Park bridge, then via Jubilee, Harrow, Wellington Crescent, Empress, Silver, Yellow Ribbon Greenway, Hamilton, and Sturgeon Creek Greenway to Grant’s Old Mill (washrooms) for a lunch break. Then onward across the Assiniboine River, through Assiniboine Forest and Fort Whyte Alive, onto Awasisak Meskanow Greenway, and into St Vital Park back to the starting point.

44K distance. ~4 hours including the lunch break.
The ride will be canceled in the event of rain or strong wind.

Bring: Helmet, water, a bagged lunch, and your name tag.
