There are two to four weekday rides for training if interested(http://www.meetup.com/Winnipeg-Intermediate-Mountain-Biking-Meetup/). A minimum of 2-training and/or 1-weekend ride is required to attend the overnight Rides (Jul 4th, Aug 2nd, Sep 26th, Oct10th).
