The Great Bird Search will take place on Saturday, May 26, 2012. It is an educational fundraising event hosted by Nature Manitoba. Participants look for as many species of birds as they can for any length of time during the Gread Bird Search Day. Novice Birding Teams are lead by experienced birders and there is a BBQ for all participants in the afternoon. Through this event, we hope to make participants and pledge supporters aware of the plight of many North America's birds and their habitats.
