Outdoor Activities: Bird Outings
Inspired by traditional Christmas Bird Counts held across the country, the CBC4Kids is a fun family birdwatching event. Learn about Manitoba’s winter birds, become a citizen scientist, and enjoy time with family outdoors.
Our Bird Count will be a nice walk through Bunn’s Creek Centennial Park (365 McIvor Ave) led by local birder and Nature Manitoba board member Meredith Stoesz. We will keep track of all the birds we see and try to spot as many as we can.

We will meet in the Bunn’s Creek Centennial Park parking lot at 9:30am on December 21st and the event will run to 11:30am. Please be sure to dress for the weather! All children must be accompanied by an adult.
