Time: Meet in the parking lot at 11:00 AM. Public skating is from 11:15 to 12:30.
Cost: Free.
Description: East St Paul's Recreation Services Coordinator has told us:
"Adults (18+) entering the facility must be able to show proof of double vaccination. The dressing room to use is written on the board. There is no limit of skaters on the ice, as we have not come close to reaching ice capacity. It has been very low turn outs at this time. Masks are required at all times in the building, unless participating in physical activity on the ice."

Lunch: When Grey Hares did this activity in November 2019 (pre-pandemic) we ate lunch afterwards at the tables/chairs area in the arena, but we're not sure if that will be allowed now, especially given "masks are required at all times in the building, unless participating in physical activity on the ice".
