Time / Location: Meet at 10:00 AM at the Assiniboine Park Duck Pond shelter.
Description: The walk will be on the Assiniboine River and river bottom forest trails along the river. We'll detour onto Truro Creek through Bruce Park.
The trail will be up and down, with some steeper parts, icy spots, and snow-covered uneven ground. Some areas may be single track. Poles would be helpful.
After the walk we will go to the Park Café in the Qualico Family Centre in Assiniboine Park for a bite / coffee, etc . Please let Daniela know who wants to go to the café.
