Description:
Public guided tours of the West End murals are offered Monday to Friday in the morning and in the afternoon from early July until August 19. The morning on August 17 already has a handful of registrants, so we took the afternoon and the West End BIZ has graciously reserved all 20 available slots for us, which is why you need to register ASAP.
Location: SE corner of Sargent Ave and Maryland St. Look for the green chairs at Community Corner! Parking is available in the nearby FreshCo (previously Safeway) parking lot at 600 Sargent Avenue.
Time: The guided tour starts at 2:00 PM and lasts 1½ to 2 hours. Meet at 1:45 so you have time to pay and be ready for the guided tour.
Cost: $5. Exact cash is required.
Bring: Your name tag and water.
