The Delta Marsh Bird Observatory set up at the Oak Hammock Marsh Wildlife Management Area again this year.
Highlights included:
• Partial spring and full fall banding seasons
• Hiring Meredith Stoesz & Kelsey Bell to be the BICs.
• Banding five days in spring and for fall 5 days a week from July 15 to August 11 and 7 days a week from August 12 to September 30.
• Supplementing with a great number of volunteers.
• Running 3 to 8 nets.
• Birds banded: 3958 (includes recaptures)
