Cycle the Trans Canada Trail from Seven Sisters to Pinawa

Location / Time: Meet at the 59er (on PTH 59, just south of Birds Hill Park) at 9:00 AM for carpooling to the Seven Sisters Generating Station (AKA "Hydro Dam") parking lot. The 59er has given us permission to park.
Travel route map. We should arrive at Seven Sisters near 10:00 AM.

Cycle Matlock to Gimli

Location / Time: Meet at the Matlock Beach parking lot on Hwy 232 at 9:45 for a 10:00 AM departure. Don’t expect a washroom at Matlock Beach, but we will stop at Winnipeg Beach 7 km down the road.

Camping / Paddling / Hiking at Caddy Lake in Whiteshell Provincial Park

30 Grey Hares have reserved campsites for this 4-day / 3 night camping / paddling / hiking trip at Caddy Lake in Whiteshell Provincial Park from Monday June 12 to Thursday June 15. A few campsites are still available in the Caddy Lake Campground, so we can continue to accept more people who are interested in this activity. Please contact us with questions or your interest.

Mennonite Heritage Village tour

Time: Meet at the Tim Hortons on Fermor Ave & Beaverhill Blvd at 9:30 AM for carpooling. Leave by 9:40. Arrive at Mennonite Heritage Village before our 10:30 tour start.

Hike In, Trash Out - Selkirk Area

Hike in, trash out. Every day is Earth Day, so we shall start with picking up the eternal garbage around Selkirk; this is mandatory participation if one wants to do the subsequent hike. Then we shall hike around for awhile and hopefully ponder the clean environment: 5 - 8 kms.
