We will hike either the Tilson loop or the closed birdtail or a trail of similar length and difficulty.  Milaege is expected to be in the 35-40KM range with a long Saturday.  All meals and gear appropriate to the season is required.

Canoe English River country (FULL)

 Join Jerry for a 2 week canoe trip starting at Caribou Falls Power dam, travelling to the southern boundary of Woodland Caribou park (Sydney Lake) and then returning to the power dam launch site. Join Jerry for a canoe and camping trip at the edge of the ELA. Start at Robinson L and end at Ethelma L. (Involves a 2 km road walk back for drivers after driving cars to Ethelma landing.) Appreciate a marvelous pictograph site at a cliff cave on Dryberry. 3 to 4 lay over days likely. A total of 6 portages (7 if low water levels). SEE READ MORE for portage details.

A 4-day, 3-night backpacking adventure on the rugged Canadian shield.  Lesly and I are planning to hike and invite others to join us.  Hikers must be self-supported and experienced. The purpose of the hiking group is safety in numbers and role of leader is to arrange carpooling.

Ski the rolling and forested trails of Grand Beach. Ski some of the 35 kms of sheltered trails in the spruce and pine forest on a choice of several loops. Trails are groomed with double classic tracks and a skating trail between.
