Location: Meet at the intersecton of Hall Road and the Headingley Grand Trunk Trail. There is a small parking lot at the trailhead and extra parking along the road. The Headingley Grand Trunk Trail is an extension of the Harte Trail in the RM of Headingley.
Time: Meet at 10:15 AM. Start walking at 10:30. End at ~2:00 PM.
Description: Walk on the Headingley Grand Trunk Trail out-and-back for a total distance of 10 km. Moderate pace. We will have a lunch break at 5 km in a delightful forest area, and weather permitting, some yoga stretches for those that wish to join in. There will also be a brief meditation incorporated into the walk.
Bring: Your name tag, snacks, drinks.
