==============================================

This presentation will briefly introduce the Manitoba Association of Watersheds and the work done between the Watershed Districts and producers to address current and future concerns before delving into the Living Lab project. The Living Lab - Eastern Prairies project took place in four sub-watersheds over four years and allowed 40+ producers to collaborate with Agriculture and Agri-Food researchers to develop practices, supported through science, that would benefit farmers economically and sustainably for the unpredictable future. The outcomes from the project and its future impacts will be further discussed.

Nathanial has worked with Manitoba Association of Watersheds for close to one and a half years now. He completed his Land and Water Management diploma at Assiniboine Community College in 2022, holds a BSc in Environmental Science and Environmental Studies from Bishops University, and is an Environmental Professional Trainee through EcoCanada. He has a great interest in the environment, its preservation, and its interactions with anthropogenic activities.
