An unusual visitor

These images (taken August 16 at Fort Whyte Alive) are intended to illustrate the difficulties
in identifying a bird with unusual markings like the apparent black mark on the neck from missing feathers.
A normal bird (photographed on August 18) is shown in the bottom image.
